Seriously good info. ITA with Adam’s ‘no shortcuts to community’, so glad Stephanie mentioned Hastracking, that Jay mentioned LinkedIN Q&A which I need to use more. I also like Louis on eating veggies before dessert as I too try to get through email, the to-list before getting pulled into social. Funny how several tools picked were about managing Twitter, follows, followers, etc. – and Jay keeps Twitter in browser, sans client. All very interesting and good advice. FWIW.

We were inspired by Scott Brinker’s Marketing Technology landscape which does an excellent job of defining ‘enterprise’ tools for managing digital marketing, but can be difficult to read because of the sheer number of tools. Also, we wanted to include more low-cost and free ‘hands-on’ insight tools which are important for managing activities like Search, Social media and conversion rate optimisation. These don’t tend to be included on Scott’s landscape. We also wanted to highlight the most popular, well-regarded services, particularly those which can be used across all sizes of businesses rather than being affordable only by the biggest brands.
4. Good Sync is another syncing service that does a ton of stuff and has a lot of customization options. I use it to sync all my files locally to a memory card that I can just pop into a new computer whenever I want. This is a good option because it’s so fast, but it isn’t as convenient as Sugar Sync if you’re wanting to backup to an online server.

Video is a spectacular way to market on the Internet, especially now that so many Internet users have broadband access. More users are able to view and download video. Great infographic, Pawan. I couldn’t help but notice that you didn’t include Martech’s list (http://goo.gl/wrNd0r) among the honorable mentions. I think it’s one of the best you can find on the web, do give it a look incase you haven’t already!
What I Used Before This: “We really didn’t use anything religiously, we had tried Yammer but it didn’t stick. We started using Slack a few years ago because it was lightweight, had a freemium version and it integrated well across all of our devices.”
