Fake articles, connect strategies, keyword stuffing, scraper websites and other black-hat practises are now being recognized and rejected .

The other form of integration is when businesses coordinate their online marketing with their offline marketing. Interesting information. But I wonder if the definition of marketing automation is changing or has changed in the last year or so when social media and content marketing are now more in the mix of mainline marketing activities. Certainly automation tools for social media publishing and monitoring are different than those needed for email activities and the push for content publishing across several channels adds even more tools for consideration.
