Hello … I run a business where we sell inflatable boats and ship them to customers all over the country. I’m interested in Amazon but am having trouble figuring out what the fees would be. I would want to start out by continuing to ship them to customers and not to Amazon.
I have about a thousand new clothing items after closing my manufacturing business. They are high quality and used to wholesale for about $60 each. I am not a techie person but would like to use Amazon to sell these. Questions : do I need to photograph each item and bag each item in a plastic bag ? There are many different prints and styles. Where do I get the labels ? are bar codes and labels required for each item ? I know the manufacturing process well, all these are made in the USA, but no clue how to utilize Amazon to sell these.
The way that I teach people how to sell on Amazon FBA is by buying products locally, and then reselling them on Amazon.  There are other models of finding the inventory to sell on Amazon, I just feel that this one called “retail arbitrage” is the easiest and best one to start out with as a beginner.
Be interactive with the customer. Ask them about the products, offer them post sale service. Wish them on the occasions like Birthday, Marriage Anniversary, and others. Offer them discount as returning visitors.

Amazon Brand Registry allows you to have the buy box because only you own your brand.  People without registered brands work so hard to win the buy box and now you would automatically be entitled to it.
Couple questions here. Is there a standart dimensions of the box that needed to be send to Amazon or it could be any size? Do I have to pay for the shipping to the warehouse? Is there a limit of items in one box, or up to 50lb max? Thx

    If I didn’t know any better, I would think that the top two organic results for “Pour Over Coffee Stand” were really the same product sold at two different prices to test two different pricing strategies.
