Behind every Amazon business decision is the “flywheel” philosophy. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos borrowed the term from business consultant Jim Collins back in the early days of Amazon. It describes a cycle in which a company cuts prices to attract customers, which increases sales and attracts more customers, which allows the company to benefit from economies of scale (bundling together logistics and other routine costs), until, ultimately, the company can cut prices again, spinning the flywheel anew.

Another option that takes fulfillment tasks off your plate is using an outside fulfillment company. Like FBA, these businesses store, pack, and ship your products for you. However, it’s considered Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM), since you use a company of your choosing. And, since it’s not FBA, you don’t get the sales-driving perks listed above.

To find the products, we head to local stores with our smartphones in hand.  Then we use a scanning app on our phone that will tell us what the product is currently selling for on Amazon.  We can then enter our cost of the item and the app will tell us if we would make any profit.

Once you’ve provided all of this information, you’re a registered seller on Amazon. Almost immediately, Amazon will encourage you to get started with listing your products, for once you list even a single product, you become a “Launched” seller, rather than just a “Registered, Not Launched” Seller. If you remain a “Registered, Not Launched” seller, Amazon will email you several times encouraging you to list products. While Amazon enjoys the $39.99 monthly fee it gets from you, Amazon is likely to make much more money from you on referral fees once you start selling products.
Finally: while Amazon calls itself “customer-centric,” it treats its own customers – the people who pay Amazon to sell there – not even like hired help, but like slaves who need the lash applied severely and often. The real hired help wield the whip and function as overseers to the slaves, and they would make Simon Legree look kind. Amazon’s whole relationship with its sellers is based on punishment. “Standard shipping” has to be sent the same or next day, and you have to report it within the same time period; they DO NOT accept flimsy excuses like three-day blizzards that close the state highway system and shut down the mail. You do it ANYWAY, or YOU WILL BE PUNISHED.
Ordering on Amazon is no longer fun, and it takes longer and longer to order to check who is really selling the item and checking the seller’s reputation in addition to the confusing mix of product reviews. I don’t feel like they are doing quality control over who sells what.
You’ll need an Employer Identification Number (EIN) to open a business bank account and file your business taxes next April. Your EIN is a bit like your business’ social security number: it’s a unique number that identifies your business and helps you file important paperwork. Every business needs one, whether you’ll have employees or not.

6. Focus: Perhaps most important of all, you have to learn to focus on the right things to get the right results. This is a business. This is YOUR business. You’re not here to play around. One is that they’re really easy to set up and don’t take much time. Number two is that they begin to collect data for you. At the start, you don’t know what key words people are clicking on in order to find your listing. Amazon have created their own internal experimentation platform called a “Weblab” that they use to evaluate improvements to our websites and products. In 2013, they ran 1,976 Weblabs worldwide, up from 1,092 in 2012, and 546 in 2011. Now many companies use AB testing, but this shows the scale of testing at Amazon.
Once you have these items in place, you can sign into your Amazon seller central account, and apply directly from there. Generally, Amazon will notify you of your acceptance into the Brand Registry in a matter of a few short days.

These are the visions of Amazon, which clears the concept. Repeat purchase and customers’ loyalty is the key to success of Amazon. They provide easy-to-use functionalities to users, they listen to their customers very well. Feedback and review section is there so they can focus on complains and demands of the customers.
